The nearest railway station is called Auneau, which is 10 min away. It offers regular connections with Paris Gare d'Austerlitz. As well, the railway station of Chartres has even more frequent trains going to the Gare Montparnasse of Paris, but is located 30 min drive from the cottage.

Still, we strongly recommend you to take a car with a GPS for your stay in Monvilliers, because the names of the streets are not always clearly indicated in small villages in France.
